Matt Walker

Owner

Matt founded PRC in 2004, bringing over 20 years of experience as a heavy equipment mechanic and shop superintendent. He has served on the City of Gillette Public Works, as president of the Concrete Association of Wyoming, and president of the Northeast Wyoming Contractors Association.

Lance Walker

Concrete Superintendent

With 14 years at PRC, Lance brings extensive expertise in concrete construction, project management, and government projects. He serves as a member of the Campbell County Building Code Appeals Board.

Mike Gross

Maintenance Superintendent

Mike has over 25 years of experience working on heavy equipment. Prior to joining PRC, he served as lead mechanic and Service/Operations manager at Titan Machinery.

Kim Essen

Building Superintendent

With 28+ years in construction, Kim has been recognized as the Northeast Wyoming Contractor Association's Craftsman of the Year three times, demonstrating his exceptional skill and dedication to quality.

Micky Shober

Project Superintendent

Micky brings 45+ years of experience in earth moving, residential and commercial building. He has dedicated 10 years to the Campbell County School Board and served 8 years as County Commissioner.
